Tapping America’s entrepreneurs to create jobs

New businesses have been comprising the bulk of new jobs for decades. But now the number of businesses launched each year is declining, and with it the jobs they create. To find out why, authors Courtney Geduldig and John Dearie met with entrepreneurs in 12 cities across the U.S., asking them “What’s in your way?” The answers the two authors have uncovered form a new game plan for boosting job creation in the U.S. and the country’s powerful entrepreneurial economy.
